Default D4 transmission light is lighting up when i crank up my 2002 Honda Accord?

Today i went to go shut the sunroof and i turned the car on(not the engine part) and the car was in park but i noticed the "D4" light lit up even when the car was in park. I turned off the car and did it again and it came on once again. I know these model years had problems with the transmission, is something wrong with it? the car is almost at 155,000 miles

No this is normal. All automatic hondas do this! The D4 light should go off after a few seconds, and only park should be iluminated. The only time you will have a problem is if the D4 light is flashing.
