Default What is the difference between the Civic Si and the Civic Mugen Si?

I am looking to get a civic si, used, but i see some listings for a mugen si. Whats special about it? What are the differences?

The mugan has different wheels/spoiler/body kit. Also has upgraded suspension and and exhaust.
