Default how do i fix windows that dont go up on a honda accord 95 lx?

its the Passenger side window iv removed the inner door panel the window will go down put will not come back up the other back set windows on the car will not go down or up at all. the passenger side window would not go down from the driver set SWITCH when the passenger side SWITCH was not plugged in.

It is probably the window regulator in the one that just goes down - the part that includes the motor and lift mechanism that the window fastens to. My daughter's 1993 had one that acted that way because a plastic gear became deformed. A replacement was $75 at the local wrecking yard. It is normal for the window not to respond if one switch is unplugged.

Not sure what is going on with the rear windows.
