the easiest way to find the starter is to follow the red battery cable from the positive terminal on your battery to the other end. The red cable is attached to your starter solenoid.
the starters are typically on the top of the transmission housing toward the front of the car. The location varies depending on the type of transmission and the year of the car. so just follow the red battery cable and you'll find the starter. hope that helps |
