Default Which Honda Civic EX is better?

What is better a Honda Civic EX 1996 or a Honda Civic EX 2000? And why?

Well the 2000 is newer which most likely means less mileage and less problems. Either way a honda will run forever, if taken care of.

They are basically the same car. The 2000 has updated body styling and whatnot, but mechanically they are identical.

Go with whichever is in Better condition overall. Have it inspected before you buy to make sure the maintenance is up to date.

The first poster must have owned a Honda they didn't maintain and wondered why it broke down and cost money to fix. Haha

Overall, if its gunna be a daily used car, go with the 2000 if its in better condition and lower miles. The 96 will not hold its value should you go to resell it. Think, 5 more years and the 96 will be 20 years old.
