Default Honda accord ? Ya or ne?

I am thinking of buying a second car for long distance drives to prevent putting high mileage on my new car , I came across a 1997 Honda accord 2 litre i s , are they good ? What bhp do they have ? It's only 500 euro so I think it's a good buy , body and inside perfect drives nice

I'm in the USA and I don't know Honda specs in Europe. Honda's are known for their reliability and fuel mileage here in the U.S. just make sure it doesn't have to many miles and if it does make sure it was maintained.
