Default Repair on '04 Honda accord oilpan?

Hi, does anyone know if the oilpan (which has a gash in it due to running u on a curb...don't ask) on an '04 Honda accord V6 can be easily pulled, or is it located in a way that I would have to pull the engine to get to it?

How much do you think this would cost?

Thank you so much and pls wish me luck!!! I really miss my accord.

Not to difficult if you have the vehicle on a lift. Just a matter of removing the bolts that hold the oilpan cover on. Bring it in to a reputable repair shop. They'll probably replace the pan cover (because it's really the pan cover that's damaged), replace the gasket, replace the oil filter and replace the oil. Labor isn't too expensive, but the pan cover might run into some bucks. good Luck.
