Default i have 1994 prelude Si DOHC f22b does this engine fit?

i came across a SOHC f22b2, will this engine fit right in without any modifications?

if the external dimensions/mount positions are teh same then it shouldnt be a problem. if its like the original b20a that was in the 88-91 preludes where they mount at an angle then no. ask this on honda-tech
