Default 1989 Honda Accord Fuel Pump Replacement

My Honda likes to buck and lose power when accelerating and going uphill especially when it reaches a 1/4 of a tank or less. Sooo, I bought and replaced the fuel filters. Still the same problem occurs now its getting worse. I just bought a new Fuel Pump and assembly, the whole 9 yards and am ready to put it in.

Do I have to drop the tank or can I access it from the interior? I just want to make sure and what if I wanted to clean out the tank? then...idk so any tips yall?
