Default is a prelude 2.3 vtec dependible?

i'm gonna put a 2.2 vtec head onto a h2.3 block. what are the pros and cons of this or some advice?

a h22 head on a h23 block will give you more power.

they are very dependable engines, but some have been abused by 16 year olds thinking they're fast and furious.
