Default On the Honda Jazz , what does it mean when it is described as semi auto?

What is the difference between a semi and a full automatic on the Honda Jazz?

A fully automatic gearbox,is one where you only select a program and the computer manipulates all the gears on its own. That means, you can only choose whether you want slow and calm shifting, sporty and raw,or average. In a semi auto gearbox, there are usually paddles behind the garbox,or a gear lever, whith which you can actually change gear on your own. This means, the computer can let you manipulate the gearbox on your own.The difference between a manual gearbox and a semi-auto,is that the semi auto can work both as an automatic, and the gearstick in the semi auto, you just push it front or back, there's no H pattern like a manual.Gear changes are faster, and there's no clutch! Their most common drawback is downshifting. In some models, what we call kick -down,is not so good, because the computer usually interferes messing with the driver's option,or it is undecided and downshifts a bit late
