Default honda civic battery problem?

i recently drained the battery's in my 2006 honda civic coupe. i gave it a jump start, the car turns on but immediately turns off after wards. i got a mechanic and tested everything and said their isn't any problems with the components but it could be the alarm SYSTEM that is keeping me from turning the car on. the battery shut down everything and now i need to know a way to restart the alarm.

Can anyone please help

Thank You

You didn't initially connect the battery charger on backwards, or bring the two battery terminals into contact at all did you?

If it is your alarm, best to contact the dealer if it's OEM or the company if it's aftermarket. There's so many alarms and so many different procedures so I can't give you a direct answer on how to reset it.
