No, those are for a Prelude.

However, EiBach makes some for your Civic around the same price.

These will lower an Inch on both ends

And these will lower 1.5 inches on both ends

There's some more options from these guys too

They have a good line of Tein springs that will fit your Civic if you really want the Tein's.
