Default Please help?

I have a 99 accord ex 2 dr 4 cylinder VTEC that for the last couple of months has been dieing randomly while driving. I usually have to let it sit for anywere from 5-20 mins to get it to restart again afterwards. I've already replaced the fuel pump and distributor, and have called honda to double check if it was involved in the igniton switch recall (which it isnt) and still can't fix the problem. If anyone can help point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

The other issue may be the main relay. Also, some of the aftermarket rebuilt distributors aren't rebuilt very well. They sometimes don't replace the igniters which is one of the causes of random engine shut off.
