Angry P0420 on 1998 prelude. TRICKY ONE!

Hey! Got the infamous 0420 code for several months now. Here's the thing: I read a lot of ppl saying it's the o2 sensors but I've replaced them both. After I replaced them the cel didn't come in as fast as before but it's def back... So is it really my cat or is it something else?
