Default 01 Accord Auto transmission problems

My 01 Accord 2.3L has approximately 160K miles on it and has been driving perfectly. However, a week and a half ago it started having extreme slip when starting from a standing stop. You have to rev the engine up quite high to get it moving. Sometimes it makes an awful shudder when you do that. Shifts perfectly up and down all gears once it gets going. There are no unusual noises except a sort of snap when you start it after it has been sitting for a few hours. In cold morning weather it acts almost normally. But as it warms up it slipps more and more - but only when starting from a dead stop. Could it be just the TC or something more sinister. Occasionally get trouble codes 7020,7030, or 7040.
