Default does my japan honda del sol '97 have power steering?

here is a picture of under the hood please explain where it is if it does have power steering it is very hard to turn the wheel but dosnt make noise when i turn the wheel dont forget it is made in japan not america.

Something is wrong with the power steering pump.

Your picture isn't very clear, but it should look something like this

That's a USDM Del Sol.

A Japanese car would be right hand drive, not left.

The car doesn't have power steering or cruise control.
