Default honda accord 2003 bearing

sir

i have accord 2003, it is left hand drive

my car went into the water, after that i have problem in my right side front bearing. it started creating sound. i drive it for few days and i changed the bearing. the car was ok.

But after one month the dearing start givingn sound again.

i changed the bearing again and same result less than one month the sound came again

now i changed the bearing three times but the problem is still there

can any one help me and tell me which thing is destroying my bearing.
