Default Can I play my Honda City V-Tec radio while the engine is off?

The keyhole can be turned two times. The quick swich on the third one means start engine, I'm just not sure about the first and the second turns. Thanks!

Without draining my battery, because my car has its bass installed.

lol vtec radio, are you stupid?

the first click is accessory, meaning you can listen to the radio etc with that keyhole clicked

the second is run which enables everything to work

The click before you start the engine allows you to play the radio, but you do risk draining your battery.
