Default Honda civic 83 fuel pressure?

I have a 1983 Honda Civic Wagon 1.5. Does anyone know what the "fuel pressure" should be? Im diagnosing the fuel pump and would like this before I remove / replace it.

1983 is carbureted, right? If so, about 4 psi is normal and at least 2 psi is needed.

If it is fuel injected I have never known of a Honda fuel pump to fail. Fuel pump relays (known as the "main relay" are a different story - they are very high failure rate. See the first source.
