Default CAN I PUT VTECH ON A 2006 CIVIC EX?

OK AM ABOVE TO GET 2006 CIVIC EX COUPE MANUAL I LOOVE THIS CAR. BUT I WAS WONDERING IF I COULD GET THE VTEC ON THE CIVIC EX? I WANT TO CONVERT THE EX INTO AN SI? IS THAT POSSIBLE?

It is a popular conversion for Honda entusiast, they change their engine for a B16 or B18 vtec. This will give you the Si performance.
