Default add more horse power to my 99 civic ex

sup guys i'm new at this i'm trying to get to 230hp now how can i do that to my civic? i run nothing but premium gas and mobile one high milleage full synthetic oil. i have a breather for the engine and a cold air intake that runs down to the bumper. i upgradd my exhaust piping to 2 1/2 inches with a 4 inch megan racing muffler. i have ngk iridium spark plugs what else can i do to get more hp with out doing turbo oh yea also have a skunk2 short throw shifter and a stage 2 clutch. i havent bought a catback or headers. i haven't had any dyno tune done to this yet. i am about to buy a ecu for 300$ and it will be dyno tuned and will make the vtec kick at 4000 rpms and have a rev limiter set to 3000rpms they say the hp will be increased some where between 20-50 hp
