Default I have a 2000 Honda Accord LX and I have a question about the blower motor?

Whenever I turned the fan/AC on, nothing will blow between 1 to 10 minutes then air will start to circulate. There are times the fan will turn on upon request but there are days it has a mind of it's own. Do I need to replace the motor with the blower or without the blower?

I don't it's the switch because the A/C turns on when the switch is flipped on. Plus when the blower is on, there is like a light clicking when the speed is set on 1.
