GO with the Honda. The maintenance is less expensive, it is beautiful, and very practical. All Hondas will last you for a very long time.

Hondas are more reliable in the long term & cheaper to maintain. Once your BMW breaks down, you will pay out the wazoo for repairs. The '08 &'09 Honda Accords did have cheap stock break pads, so if they have the originals, you might want to change them. The V6 Accord EX in black is awesome.
