Default Is There Anything Missing From My B16A?

alright so i bought this b16 and it USED to have a Skunk2 intake manifold but when a buddy of mine sold it to me he took off the skunk2 manifold and put on the stock one but looks like he put eveerything together half fast and it looks like somethings missing? also it has PR-3 stamped on the head and manifold does anyone where this motor might have come from which car? im assuming its an SiR 1 motor? or maybe an Xsi?

You are missing your vacuum line that goes from your valve cover to your intake manifiod and 2 coolant lines that go into the fast idle air control valve thats all i could see from this view

justas the first guy said but it also seems as if the throttle body aint right either upload better pics plz
