Default if i buy a turbo for an H22 engine but the turbo kit is for another vehicle with the same engine?

will it still fit my car even tho its for a different car but they have the same engine i got an acura cl 2.2 1997 and cant find any turbo kits for it but the prelude has the same engine will it still fit

it can, but there are usually some small differances in the setup and placement of things, plus open space to put the turbo. I am sure you can make it work, but it may take some improvising

You have an F22B1 engine not an H22. There are kits for f22s from turbonetics and other manufacturers. Since you're confused, what you meant to say is that it has the same engine as the 2.2 Accord.

If they did share the exact engine you may still run into issues. The intake pipes might not fit properly without mods and you may need to buy new ones. In your case, the turbo manifold may not even match the engine correctly. You should buy all the pipes, exhaust/turbo manifold, turbo, and additional parts separately and build your own kit.
