Default Difference between Honda S2000 models?

I am wondering what the difference are between:

Honda S2000 Ap1 1999 to 2000.

I know that the S2000 wasn't for sale in the USA until year 2000 and I am in Australia and they were for sale here... So is there any difference in the two models (except year) for example. fittings, engine, suspension etc etc

The suspension was made slightly less stiff for 2001 - and steadily softened every year.
