Default Ok, so 20's wont fit, but will 19's fit on my 1999 honda prelude?

I have 18's and I wanna know the highest size I can go?

stick with your 18's, trust me. if you own an H22 Prelude, then chances are you do a bit of spirited driving occasionally(nothing wrong with that). but when you put giant rims on a car like this, you end up using a low tire profile. this is a bad thing for driving in general. when you have a decent-sized sidewall in your tire, it allows for an air cushion that comes in handy when you're flying around dips, corners, crests, etc. with your old tires, you lose this air cushion and have a much higher chance of bending a rim.

18's are the largest size rim I have seen on your model Prelude without rubbing or needing serious modifications to fit.

I agree with sticking to eighteens. Eitherwise you going to have to fix it to fix whitch can sometimes be a problem.
