Default Can i fry and ecu chip by touching it with my bare hands?

this guy wanted to install it for 125 bucks. i think he wants to screw me over. i have p28 and and jun racing chip that i want to install.

you have to be careful of static electricity, should be notes on instillation with chip

thats a rip off.. my tuner charges 30 bucks to chip a ecu.































but its the same as working on any computer board, make sure you arent standing on carpet rubbing your socks around on it and you will be fine. make sure you are touching metal while you touch the board to be extra safe.
