Default What Should I buy 2001 honda civic, 2001 prelude, 2001 accord, Coupes Vtech?

So this week or a couple of weeks from now Im getting my first Car. I been 16 for 5 months now . so for me getting a car its a big deal Im very grateful Im getting a 2001 Year because We are in a recession, And money is tight so Im just grateful. I don't need nothing to fancy but my parents at the same time don't want me in a bucket. So there trying to please me which makes me happy. So the offer I got was I can get a Honda civic, prelude or a accord vtech Coupe and there letting me get a body kit and a new paint job with in the same month . Prices may very but those are my options so Out of these 3 what should I get And why should I get it thanks.

I would go for the Accord. I just love the 2001 Accord coupe body style. You could find a nice one still with decent paint, and skip the body kit, it's still a sweet ride. I would have killed for a car like that when I was 16. Throw your parents a bone - find one with low miles and in great condition, and let them keep the body kit and paint job cash. You both win!

If you want sporty-ish get the prelude. Otherwise get the Accord. Mileage/Condition an the 3? If your buying these cars and decide on the prelude, why don't you just get something fast like a trans am? The LS block is very reliable but the interior is nowhere near as nice or as solid as the honda but your 16! Get something memorable. Also those used honda's are always way overpriced for what they are. Those are all 10 year old cars. "Legendary reliability" doesn't mean anything if those cars weren't taken car of maintenance-wise.

The choice seems clear. The 'Lude. And please for the love of god, don't get a body kit. If you want to modify it, but something useful like suspension modifications.

You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here - carquotes.sinfree.net
