Storage spaces and beverage holders

The Fit interior provides lots of convenient storage spaces, including 10 beverage holders and a range of pockets and compartments in the instrument panel, center console, doors and seatbacks.

Magic Seat® with one-motion dive-down mechanism

The central feature of Fit's unique and versatile interior is its exclusive 60/40 split Magic Seat®, made possible by the centrally mounted fuel tank and H-shaped torsion beam suspension. In the new Fit, the rear seats feature a one-motion dive-down mechanism that allows the rear seats to be folded down with the flip of a lever, regardless of the position of the front seat. This is possible thanks to the new Fit's longer wheelbase, which allows for more space separating front and rear passengers, along with left and right rear headrests that fit snuggly into the seatbacks. When loading large items, the seats can be operated directly from the luggage compartment, eliminating the need to go around to the rear seat. Just pull the lever on the seatbacks and they return to upright positions in a single motion.
