is my honda vtec
I just got a 91 hatch dx and I want to know if the motor have vtec. The guy who sold it said it does but i dont know much about hondas the valve cover does say VTEC E and d15z on the engine but the intake manifold doesnt look like the ones on the vtec motors. Mines has the old one, the one with the black plastic thing that says efi. The guy who sold it said they couldnt fit the pgm-fi intake manifold. The motor has a sensor on the left side by the valve cover the seller told me thats where the vtec needs to be connected from. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED THANKS
