Unless you are craning all over the place, there is no way you can see someone who', say 15 feet from your rear end. I'm not talking about to use for backing, that's what the neck and rear window are for (oh, wait, you don't have one), I'm talking about slow speed manuvering. Had one in the BMW I kind of raced a couple of years back (thanks to some rule changes, "kind of" is the operative phrase).
