stiff steering only when parking or very slow maneuvering any
ideas ??????

I had the same problem on my '04 Civic earlier this year. The cause is a
failing power steering pump.

been having issues with the pump replaced pump but know have to
change the oring at the inlet but after this is done do u think it
has already damaged the recently replaced pump ??

Also check your PS belt tension. I'd recommend a Gates Krikit-II from
your local NAPA:
