havea 92 accord the fan are not comeing on , whwere is the senser for
the fans i switched the relays and they still didnt come on , they
dont come on with the ac but dose outdoor temp have anything to do
with that

You bet outdoor temperature will affect when the fan comes on. In the
heat of summer, my rad fan comes on (from cold start) after about 20
minutes. In winter it takes about 45 minutes.

You can hook the fan's motor up to the battery directly and eliminate
the motor having any problem.
