As the number of new cars sold shrinks, retaining customers has become a key goal for automakers, and right now it looks like Honda leads the pack. According to J.D. Power and Associates' 2008 Customer Retention Study, Honda has a...

Doesn't seem to have trickled down to the local dealer around here. Last
time I got a coupon from the local dealer for a discounted oil change on my
'06 CR-V, they refused to honor it when I got there.

Yesterday, my daughter had a problem with her '08 Odyssey & they treated her
like she had a plague. Refused to honor the new car warranty, threw stuff
into the back of her car. All in all, the worst service experience I've seen
in years.

They may look good in some marketing survey, but it will be a cold day in
hell before either one of us set foot in the local place again.

I won't buy another honda ; my SM4 's 4ws & rustproofing are
very good, but SM4 has >10 design flaws, some minor some
severe. SM4 ( mine from japan ) is very much meant for a cold
climate, when used in this warm ( let alone hot ) climate, loud
exhaust noise + overheating + low torque & mpg is result unless
user has unusual time & knowledge ( facility too ) to study &
change original design.
Car makers should either make different versions for different
climates, or tell users what to change for different climates ; 1
design for any climate is stupid.

Is the presence of a clock one of the defects?

Wacko alert: TEChea has some strange ideas about what constitutes a
defect.
