The only "side bar" I know of is when one of the lawyers says "side
bar, your honor" and everybody huddles up at the bench with the mike
turned off. And the chick next to me in the jury box reading lips.

Or maybe he wants to install a bar to serve liquor in his car, like they
have in a limousine. Check with a limo supply company.
