Rhino ramps, about $35 at WalMart or Autozone. Crawl under,
reach with a socket type filter wrench, ratchet, and as needed, pipe on the end of the ratchet handle for more torque when removing. I have been doing my 91 Civic's oil filter this way since purchase in 91.
