Default 2004 accord coupe: rear defroster

My rear window defroster does not seem to work...
Checked the 40A fuse under the hood and it is OK.

Where do I locate a relay responsible for defroster?

Wanted to check the voltage on the defroster
itself but the quick-connects are hidden under the
plastic covers which I am unable to take off.

Can I measure voltage on the wires directly
or are they painted/insulated somehow on surface?

no. You wouldn't know a relay from a spare tire.
