Has anyone installed recently installed keyless entry for 2004 Honda
CRV LX

I want to order keyless entry for my 2004 Honda CRV LX. Before
ordering from handa-accessories.com, I was reviewing the installation
instructions (http://www.handa-accessories.com/crv/02CRVKEYLESS.pdf)
and in particular, I have question about Step 3, which says "Open the
lid. Remove the dashboard pocket (one self- tapping screw, and pull
out to release the two clips and three retaining tabs)."

When I look into my CRV, I couldnot figure out how to open the lid in
order to complete the subsequent steps. It will be great if you can
suggest how to go about it.

I'm pretty sure when they say open the lid, they simply mean open the door
on the pocket.

The self tapping screw is in the middle of the back wall of the pocket
behind a little plastic cover. Get something small enough (thin blade,
stubby screw driver should do it) that you can get it into the slot at the
edge of the cover and pop it out. Once you get the screw out, you can pull
the whole thing out by pulling on the (open) door.
