A few times my CD changer started skipping when I was on the highway. I took
the disc out only to find that it was very hot to the touch, maybe 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The display panel on the CD player was also hot. I shut it off and it was okay after a couple of hours. This has happened a couple of times already. The last time it happened was after 1 hour of continuous usage while traveling on the highway at about 75 mph. I had already cleaned the player prior so I know that wasn't the problem. Any ideas on this? This is the first time this has happened in any car. Thanks, Al |
