Default leather seats in 2007 Civic EX

I have a 2007 Civic EX I am considering putting leather seats in. I
have gotten different answers regarding voiding the airbag warranty or
safety in general. One place tells me the airbag is in the seat,
another says in the pillar. Can anyone give me some correct
information? Thankyou.

Yes, your owner's manual will have that info. Also, if you actually
look at the car, it will say 'airbag' wherever there is one.

If I recall right, there are airbags in both the pillars and the seats (in
my 07 Civic LX). And, yes, there are labels where they all are (and there
are a bunch of them in this car!).

Won't void the warranty but will most likey affect the side airbag
performance.

Yes.

Read the owner's manual; then decide.
