I own a 1997 Honda Accord LX 4 door. A friend of mine and I removed
the door panels on both front doors to try to repair a window and door
handle problem. In the process of removing the panel, we had to
unplug the plugs to the power windows and locks and the courtesy
lights. After fixing the problems, we inserted the plugs into their
proper places and reattached the door panels to their doors.
Afterwards, I noticed a problem. My power locks on both sides will
not unlock the doors. I can press down on the button to lock the
doors, but when I press up, the doors won't lock. I can't even hear
the locks trying to lock. This problem didn't occur until we removed
the door panels. Does anyone have any ideas?

Might want to check out gen5alive.com as they have a site dedicated to
94-97 accords
