So > is there a filter? > ================================ Since you probably can't get Honda Z1 tranny fluid at the auto parts store, skip them. You need about 3 litres each time you drain and fill the Civic, but you should probably allow a little extra, so pick up about ten. The drain bolt may be VERY tight, so be prepared to smack the ratchet handle with a 2x4 to get it free. You can do the drain-n-fills the same day if you take it for a drive, or do them a week apart to give the magnetic drain plug more time to 'scavenge' material out of the stream. There's help at www.tegger.com 'Curly' |
