Default Honda CRV aircondition brakedown

I have Honda CRV, I was at service and at home I notice that complete
aircondition compressor block of 6-8mm thick metal was break (blown)
down in peaces.

I contact service but they claim that this was heappen by unknown and
that factory don't recognise this problem and that I must pay new
aircondition
compressor block over 2000 USD.

I contact factory via e-mail but they don't repond.

Honda factory don't respond to customer?!

Can someone help me???

i'm not an a/c expert, but from what i understand, this failure is
common if the system is over-filled. and it is the fault of whoever did
the work on it - they should pay for repair. reconditioned compressors
don't cost anywhere near that much.

System need filling with aircondition gas, but in sevice they
behave athwart. I come home and check under hood and
on first look see that compressor was broken down like
explode... I right away call service but they say that they
don't touch aircondition copressor and try covince me that
car come to service in this way... Now they asking if I want
to air-condition work that I need buy new complete part which
is over 2000 USD.

I go to other service which can't say anyting to me. I suppose,
on their words because they know service where I was, that
they all are connected.

Now I must seek view from some independent service out
of Croatia where I live.

there has to be a regional customer care center - eastern europe, not
local croatia. local dealers are not interested in paying for their
mistakes - so you have to go over their head to the honda facility which
supplies them. that way, honda instructs them to sort the mess out or
they risk losing their franchise.
