Hi,

I bought a used 98 Accord which has karr security system on it I am not
sure about the model number of it, remote for that was not working so I
had to change the battery. It was working fine for some time one night
I locked my car with remote and tried to open it next day morning with
remote but it did not open so I tried to open the door with the key,
then my car started screaming so I had to take the fuse off to make it
stop as I was not able to stop it with my remote.

After that I did not plug the fuse back, can anyone help to trouble
shoot my problem with my remote.

You can get replacement remotes from www.keylessride.com. Most of the
time you will need just the chip code that is inside the remote. Most
likely the remote key has either been damaged or worn out.

I have purchased a few from this site, but can't tell you yet if the
remote will hold up since I have only had the replacement remote for
about 6 months now.
