Default loose wheel 88 civic...

Hi,

Today I noticed that my front right wheel is loose. When I grab the
top of it and pull it back and forth there seems to be about a
centimeter of play while all the other wheels are solid. The bolts
are all tight.

Is this dangerous and how much might it cost to get fixed?

thanks

It's not going to get any better. Call some local shops and ask how much to
replace your front wheel bearing. Many people recommend doing both wheels
at the same time, because the other one can't be far behind. This is not
usually considered a do it yourself job, unless you are poor or an expert
mechanic.

also check the top swivel joint. they usually go long before the bearing.
