I wanted to post this notice to anyone who wishes to install splash
guards on a 2001 Civic LX Coupe. A site note* - according to the instructions, these splash guards can be installed on both the 4 door model as well as the coupe. Click here for install instructions: http://www.handa-accessories.com/civ...LASHGUARDS.pdf The person I bought my guards from (on Ebay) told me that these would not fit my 2 door Coupe, but I knew they would fit. Installation onto the front tires is a breeze. However, the rears are very difficult without a stubby phillips screwdriver. Heck, even if you have a stubby phillips screwdriver, installation is difficult. If the rear tires were removed, I believe installation would be immeasurably easier. If you do not have a stubby screwdriver, removal of the rear tires might be your only option. Steven |
