2002 Honda Accord, 50kmiles. The escape tube is slightly black (it was
black since 20kmiles when i bought the car). Apparently there is no
noticable consuming of oil. What might be a reason?

I saw other Honda's and some of them have completely clean tube, some
other have a small deposit of carbon (even they looks like almost new).

Two or three things come to mind. Maybe you're allowing your car to warm
up in the driveway (don't do it). Maybe you live too close to where you
work. Maybe you have a tune-up problem. What's your actual fuel mileage
/ gallon?

Car usually is warmed up before driving.
Usually i am driving in the town and the engine is frequently
stopped/started, it must be a reason.
The fuel millage in the city is soemthing like 300miles/13 gallons=23
miles per gallon (and it is higher on highway). Is it normal for accord
(4 cyl.) ?

You're not supposed to do that. Read the Owner's Manual.

Start the car, adjust the mirror, and drive. Just don't zip out onto the
highway if the needle is still at dead COLD.

escape tube???? do you mean exhaust pipe? what planet do you live on?

Oh, that's ok. I knew a gal who couldn't think of windshield wiper inserts.
She told the gas station attendent she needed new rubbers.

i think the same planet that you live. but, you know, many other
countries exist on this planet, not only one.

Happy to meet you, Kara. If you have any worries about thecolor of
tailpipe residue just install new sparking plugs. Those little babies
should be replaced every 30k anyway.
