Just bought and had installed new aftermarket RTX alloy rims for my 05
Accord. I'm noticing a slight vibration at +/-120kms. Is this a rim
problem, or just need rebalancing (installed by tire dealer yesterday)...

Idont think you should use the words 'vibration' and 'rim' in the same
paragraph ever again !!!

to answer your question - Its rebalancing - if they fitted a new tyre they
should rebalance anyway.. unless the weights fell off.

Could be anything from this to that:

1) Tire mounted badly (most common)
2) Wheel rim out of round or true or both
3) Road-force variance
4) Brake disc on an angle

One of these days I'm going to spend the cash to buy my own mounter and
balancer. I'm sick of tire simians fooking up perfectly good tires with
their incompetence.

One quick and easy thing to do is jack up each wheel and give it a
spin. You might be surprised what you see.

So you're saying that three guys trying to mount a low profile tire
with a pry bar is not a good thing.
